What warranty is included?
The vehicles are offered with a 3-year / 120,000 km warranty through a warranty provider. A Europe-wide mobility warranty is also included. The exact coverage and requirements are set out in the respective warranty terms. Before you sign the contract, we will clarify the responsible warranty provider and the terms applicable to your vehicle with you.
Where are the vehicles located and when are they delivered?
The used cars on offer are located in China. After purchase, we order your vehicle there and organise transport to Germany and delivery to your address within Germany. The specific delivery timeframe is agreed with you for the individual vehicle.
Can I view or test-drive the vehicle?
As the vehicles are located in China, we offer an online video viewing by arrangement. An in-person viewing or test drive in Germany is not possible before import. Request your preferred video appointment from the relevant vehicle details page.
How can I find out about the condition and known damage?
Vehicle-specific information about condition, signs of use, maintenance and known damage is added to the vehicle details. If information is missing or you would like more pictures, please contact us before buying. A video viewing can be arranged.
What is included in the price?
The vehicle price includes 19% VAT, transport from China to your address within Germany, customs clearance and individual vehicle approval. Cavity protection, underbody protection and interior cleaning are also included. The 3-year / 120,000 km warranty through a warranty provider and the Europe-wide mobility warranty are included subject to their respective terms. There are no additional transport charges for delivery within Germany.
Can I reserve a vehicle?
Please contact us if you are interested in a vehicle. We will clarify its current availability in China and discuss reservation options and conditions with you.
Are financing and trade-in available?
The finance calculator on the German-language website provides a non-binding example based on your own inputs. Whether financing or a trade-in is possible for you is discussed individually. The calculation does not constitute a finance offer or a commitment to accept a trade-in.
Can dealers request purchase prices?
Yes. Use the “For dealers” section or the corresponding link on the vehicle details page. For an individual enquiry, we need your company details, a contact person and the vehicle concerned. Dealer purchase prices are not displayed publicly.
How can I contact AsiaCars24?
